The service
Sauna911 rents mobile wood-fired saunas with delivery, setup and pickup in Minneapolis / Twin Cities & surroundings. A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds; you receive a manage-booking link by email.
Bookings & cancellations
Free cancellation up to 7 days before your rental; 50% refund up to 48 hours before; weather rescheduling is always free. Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before delivery, subject to availability.
Security deposit
A deposit is pre-authorized on your card at checkout — a hold, not a charge. It is released after pickup and inspection. Damage beyond normal use may be captured against the deposit, always documented and discussed with you first.
