What we collect
The minimum needed to fulfill your booking: name, phone, email and delivery address. There are no accounts and no passwords. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
How we use it
Only to deliver your sauna and reach you about your booking. Marketing emails are a separate opt-in at checkout — never a pre-ticked box.
Your rights (CCPA)
You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Booking data is deleted or anonymized after your rental plus the retention period required for tax records.
