- Drop-off day from 2pm to pickup next day by 12pm. Multi-day rentals run continuously.
- Deposit
- $300 pre-authorized, released after pickup & inspection. Never charged unless something breaks.
- Cancellation
- Free up to 7 days before; 50% up to 48 hours. Weather rescheduling is always free.
- You provide
- A flat spot we can reach by trailer, and people who need a good steam.

How fast can you deliver?
Usually next day; same-day when the schedule allows. Book by 6pm and you’re steaming tomorrow evening.
Do I need to know how to run a wood stove?
No. We give a 5-minute walkthrough, and the stove forgives everything.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before your rental; 50% refund up to 48 hours before. Weather rescheduling is always free.
